Access: Click
the 
icon, or select Assembly / Move/Rotate Component from the main menu. The function also appears
on the Graphics Area popup menu.
Required Step 1 
Define whether to Move or Rotate a component.
The Move button is displayed. If required toggle this to Rotate.

Select a component or sub assembly and drag it with the mouse. The component will either move or rotate, depending on the action selected.
