Edit sketch entities for components that were added using the By Sketch option in the functions Add Component or Add From Catalog.
This function only appears in the popup menus when you right-click on one component that was added using the By Sketch option.
In the example below, one pin has been selected in the Assembly Tree. The add operation feature is displayed in bold in the Feature Tree and the pin itself is highlighted in the Graphics Area.

To edit the sketch:
Enter the function as mentioned above (click the Access button at the top of this function description).
The Sketcher
is run and the component on which the sketch has been created is activated.
In this case, pin5 was selected,
however, the sketch points connecting pin5
to the assembly are actually on component cut
4. Cut 4 has been activated
and the sketch can be edited.

Sketch change example:
The distance between the points is changed:

When you exit the Sketcher, the assembly is updated according to the modified sketch.

Notes:
When entering the function the component on which the sketch has been created is activated and you enter an editing session on that sketch.
When you exit the sketch (Exit Sketch), the assembly is updated according to the modified sketch.
When this operation is finished the assembly that contains the edited component is activated.
If you exit the sketch using the option Cancel Sketch, the assembly is not updated and the assembly that contains the edited component is activated.
The following operations are available (one or more of these operations can be carried out):
Add/remove points.
Change dimensions
Add/edit references (internal and external).
Remove all points.
Add non-point geometry.
