menu.
Cut component(s) automatically
by component(s) with Cutting Objects.
Pick the cutting component (it must have a cutting object). The assembly
cut is created through all components that touch the cutting object.

Required Step 1 
Pick the cutting component (it must have a cutting object). Pick a plane, face(s) or open / closed object(s) as the cutting tool.
Press OK 
or Apply 
in the Feature

An Assembly Cut feature appears in the Feature Tree. |
Both the objects, 1 and 2, are cut by the red pin. |
