5X Aerospace creates finishing tool paths on multiple surfaces for 3 to 5 -axis machining. You see the benefits of your 5-axis machine by creating axis- and contour parallel and flow line 5-axis tool paths with this procedure.
It supports all basic tool types like flat, ball and bull nose and conical tools. Further undercut tools like lollipop and slot mill are also supported. Gouge checking of tool’s, cut length, shaft, arbour (shank) and holder is done against the drive surfaces and additional check surfaces.
This package contains many helpful functions for a successful 4 / 5 axis machining: Tool axis can be tilted on a smart manner. Limits for machining area and tool angles can be applied by the user.
