Maintaining Report Styles

The report styles that you create allow you to define how your material list reports will appear. Through the report style you can control what columns will appear in the report, what the content of the columns is, what materials will be listed in the report, and in what order they will be listed.

SoftList provides many commands for you to use to maintain these valuable report styles. They include:

·   Creating new report styles

·   Renaming report styles

·   Deleting report styles

·   Copying existing report styles

·   Backing up report styles

·   Restoring report styles

·   Restoring the default report styles

You can perform these commands by selecting File from the SoftList Setup screen.
