Backing Up Material Definitions

Each material definition that you create can be backed up and saved on a disk. This information can be either stored as a backup or the information can be restored onto another computer.

To Backup a Material Definition

1. Select File ® Backup ® Material Definition. The Material Definition menu opens.

2. Highlight the material definition you want to backup, and then press the Backup button. The Save As menu opens.

3. Choose the location where you want to send the backup to.

4. If necessary, enter a name for the backup in the File name field.

5. Press the Save button. The material definition information is sent to the selected location.
