Linked objects can also be modi
ed directly with the

Move tool. You can use the Move tool to alter the

size of linked parts so that they no longer mirror the

original object.

Furthermore, changes made to linked objects with

the Move tool will be preserved even if the original

object is changed.

* Linked objects cannot be modi
ed directly

in Object Edit Mode (editing with the Control

Point and Tangent Handle tool).

Linked Object Attributes

Linked objects take on the surface attributes, object

information window settings, and other attributes of

the original object. However, it is not possible to give

linked objects unique surface attributes or object

information.

* The Hole checkbox in the Object Information

settings for Lines does not affect linked objects.
