Select a part or a collection of parts using the Single or Window Select Tool. Then click the Bounding Box Tool button to create a transparent bounding shape that encompasses the selected entity(ies). This box will show the precise dimensions of the box. This tool is useful in determining the minimum material required to machine a part for example.
