This tool will enable you to select and highlight parts of a certain color.  First you must set the color for filtering using the Set Color Tool.  Then click the Click the Window Select By Color Tool to draw a rectangular window around a collection of objects.  The Window Select By Color Tool will only select and highlight the parts whose color match that specified by the Set Color Tool.
