When you want to change the activation server, uninstall service and proceed to deactivation.

 

Uninstall Service

1) Go to Start > Control Panel on your machine and select Administrative Tools"

 

2) Select Service.

 

3) Click RMB (Right Menu Button) on the RFXO License Service and select Stop.

 

4) Double click UnInstallService.exe which is located at C:\Program Files\INUS Technology\XO Server Activation Utility.

 

Server Deactivation

1) Run XO Server Activation util.exe which is located at C:\Program Files\INUS Technology\XO Server Activation Utility.

 

2) Select the second button “I want to deactivate a license” and click the Next button.

 

 3) Select a license type and click “Online Deactivation”.

 

4) Click the Next button.

 

Client Deactivation

The license is not saved on the client PC because client PC gets the license from server PC. Therefore actually there is no deactivation involved for  client PC. If server is changed, clients need to change server name to the correct one when you start rapidformXO Redesign.
