You can create one or more curves in a sketch by projecting an edge, loop, face, curve, or external sketch contour, set of edges, or set of sketch curves onto the sketch plane.

How to use Convert Entity

Select the top face of body as shown image below.

Click Tools > Sketch Tools > Convert Entity and select an edge of body as shown image below. Click OK.

· Entities– You can pick the entity that need to be converted to a sketch. |
Note
The entities created using this cannot be modified. You can look at the properties of the entity and note the following in the constraints.
When you delete the constraint then only you can modify the entity.
