rapidformXO Online page provides most of the useful functions that rapidformXO website provides. You can use these functions from the online page instead of going to the web site.

rapidformXO Online page looks as shown below:

The upper part of the page contains the system and license information like License Type, OpenGL Driver, Physical Memory etc…When you are in this page, as the software knows your driver type and other similar information you need not enter this information when you send a query or report bug.It also contains the press releases, Upcoming events and the other information that you usually find in the website.

 

Submit Support Request:  You can click the following button in the online page to submit any support request.

You can fill the necessary details and submit your query. You can also send files using this. However you can send only one file. So zip the files if you have more than one files.

Report A Bug: If you have a bug to report, you can click the following button.

  RapidForm Knowledge Base: If you want to search any common information regarding rapidformXO, you can search our RapidForm Knowledge Base. Click the above button to search the rapidform knowledge base.

 XOR Home Page: Click this button on the online page to go to the rapidformXOR home page automatically.
                         

 Back : This button can be used to navigate back wards.

                                       

 Find Your Reseller: You can find the rapidformXO resellers based on the region. Click the above button on the online page to see the list of resellers in your region.

 Personalized Service Home: You can go to your personal page using this. If you have a user name and password, you can enter into your personal page.

If you don’t want to see this page when you start rapidformXOR, you can show or hide the rapidformXO Online page in software using the File > Preferences. In the General tab, set Show Online Page At Start Up to False.
