QuickStart2 guides you through the Creation of a simple CAD model:

The model includes base features, cut features, fillets and chamfers.
Modeling Process
1. Click Sketch button
(Sketch) on the toolbar. Select the
Front Plane as the base plane.

2. Click
(Circle) on the toolbar to draw a
circle. Select the center as origin and draw the circle of
radius 60mm as shown below. Click OK. To exit sketch mode,
click
button at the
right bottom of the Model View.

3. Click Extrude
on the toolbar to extrude the
sketch1 with a height of 10mm and draft angle of
5 degrees.

4. Click Sketch button
again and select the top
face of extrude solid as base plane. Draw the sketch as shown below. Draw
circles with 40mm and 35mm radius. First create the two circles and a rectangle
as shown
below.

Now apply trim to the
above sketch to get the following sketch.

Apply Fillet to get the following sketch.

Adjust the dimensions to get the
following correct sketch.

Note
You can draw sketch
initially and use the smart dimension feature to assign the correct dimensions
to the sketch.
5. Extrude the above
sketch in direction 1 with height = 60 mm and draft angle = 5
degrees and direction 2 as height = 10 mm and with draft
angle 5 degrees.

6. Draw a circle of 3mm
radius on the face of the extruded circle and create circular pattern as
shown below.

7. Make a sketch on right plane as shown below.

Draw lines as shown below.
When you draw center line, check For Construction option and it will be dash dot
line.

8. Create revolve feature of the above sketch with cut option.

9. Click Sketch button
and select the top face as base
plane. Create the sketch as shown below.

10. Extrude the above sketch with a distance of 40mm and a draft angle of 5 degrees.

11. Extrude cut the circular pattern that we created in step 6.

12. Fillet the edges
with a radius of 5mm as shown
below.

Fillet with a radius of 3mm as shown below.

13. Apply chamfer
with a distance of 3mm and angle 45
degrees.

14. The final Flange looks as shown below.
