Change a curve or surface’s degree or number of spans/patches

Change a curve’s degree or overall number of spans

  1. Select the surface.
  2. Choose Edit NURBS > Rebuild Curve > .
  3. Set Rebuild Type to Uniform.
  4. Set the Number of Spans and Degree options.

Change a surface’s degree or overall number of patches

  1. Select the surface.
  2. Choose Edit NURBS > Rebuild Surfaces > .
  3. Set Rebuild Type to Uniform.
  4. Set the Number of Spans U, Number of Spans V, Degree U, and Degree V options.

Divide surface patches by inserting isoparms
