Set the start position of hair curves to the fur position

Use this procedure to set the starting position of curves of a hairSystem based on the combed or inclined position of the fur.

To set the hair curve(s) to match the styled Fur position

1. Select the hairSystem by doing one of the following:
• Select hairSystem in the Outliner. (Window > Outliner)
• Select any curve, follicle, or CV in the hair system.
2. Select Fur > Set Start Position To > FurDescriptionName, where FurDescriptionName is the name of the fur description.
