To create a solid cylinder with an elliptical base

1. Click Draw menu Modeling Cylinder.At the Command prompt, enter cylinder.
2. Enter e (Elliptical).
3. Specify an endpoint for first axis. This is the start point of the first axis.
4. Specify the other endpoint of the first axis. This is the endpoint of the first axis.
5. Specify the endpoint (length and rotation) of the second axis.
6. Specify the height of the cylinder.
