Creates an attribute definition

 Menu: DrawBlockDefine AttributesAt the Command prompt, enter attdef.

 Command entry: attdef

The Attribute Definition dialog box is displayed.

If you enter -attdef at the command prompt, options are displayed at the command prompt.
