You want answers to common troubleshooting questions	See the FAQs (frequently asked questions) in the technical support section of the AliasStudio support website at www.autodesk.com/support.
You want to license your software	If you are a Platinum member and need a license, check the executable license file on the top of your installation CD. If your license isn't there, go to www.autodesk.com/spar and follow the instructions in the install.pdf file at the top of the AliasStudio CD. If you are a new customer, go to www.autodesk.com/opa to obtain a new license.
