The Walk Through button is one way to begin walkthrough navigation. (The other is to press Up Arrow.) It is available on the Pan/Truck And Walkthrough flyout.

The flyout and button don't appear for orthographic viewports or for spotlight viewports. These don't provide walkthrough navigation.
