The FbxImporterSetParam function provides access to the FBX Importer dialog options. It expects a string as a first argument specifying the option to affect, with the second argument being the new value as described below:
FbxImporterSetParam "Mode" ( "create" | "merge" | "exmerge" )
Controls the state of the "Import Type" radio buttons in the FBX Import dialog. Possible values are:
"exmerge" - Exclusive Merge
"merge" - Merge
"create" - Add to new scene
FbxImporterSetParam "Geometries" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Geometries" checkbox in the FBX Import dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "Skin" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Skin" checkbox in the FBX Import dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "SkinModifier" ( "skin" | "physique" )
Controls the state of the radio buttons in the "Skin">"More..."> "FBX Import Advanced Parameters" dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "Cameras" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Cameras" checkbox in the FBX Import dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "Lights" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Lights" checkbox in the FBX Import dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "Markers" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Markers" checkbox in the FBX Import dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "Shape" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Shape (Morph Modifier)" checkbox in the FBX Import dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "Animation" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Animation" checkbox in the FBX Import dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "FilterKeyReducer" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Constant Key Reduction Filtering" checkbox in the "Animation">"More... ">"FBX Import Advanced Parameters" dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "FilterUnroll" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Gimble Lock Killer Filtering" checkbox in the "Animation">"More... ">"FBX Import Advanced Parameters" dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "FilterKeySync" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Gimble Lock Killer Filtering" checkbox in the "Animation">"More... ">"FBX Import Advanced Parameters" dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "Resampling" <float>
Controls the value of the "XYZ FCurve Synchronization Filtering" field in the "Animation">"More... ">"FBX Import Advanced Parameters" dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "HumanIK" <bool>
The HumanIK option is available only if a compatible HumanIK product is installed.
FbxImporterSetParam "RescaleRoot" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Rescale scene's root node to unit size" checkbox in the FBX Import dialog.
FbxImporterSetParam "YUpZUp" <bool>
Controls the state of the "Y-up to Z-up root node rotation" checkbox in the FBX Import dialog.

--To import an fbx file using the 'Add to new scene' mode,
--the skin modifier but preventing the loading of animation:
