The Quick Render (Production) button, available from the Quick Render flyout on the main toolbar, lets you render the scene using the current production render settings without displaying the Render Scene dialog.

You assign which renderer to use for production rendering on the Assign Renderer rollout of the Render Scene dialog > Common panel.
