To create an SPOINT card:

Select the nodes panel on the Geom page.

Select Create Nodes under the Nodes expansion menu from the Geometry pull-down menu.

Select the type in subpanel and enter the coordinate values for the node.
Click create node.

Note:

If a local coordinate system has been defined previously, you can define the node in a reference coordinate system by specifying the ID of the system in the system = field before clicking create.

Select the Card Editor toolbar button $image\card_editor.gif$ .

Select Card Editor from the Setup pull-down menu.

Click the switch in the top left and select nodes.
Select the nodes to be defined as an SPOINT.
Click edit.
Check the SPOINT box.

The node is now defined as an SPOINT.
