Click Extruded
Boss/Base

the Features toolbar.
In the PropertyManager:
Under Direction 1:
Select Blind in End Condition.
Set Depth
to 90.Under Thin Feature:
Select One-Direction in Type.
Set Thickness
to 10.Click Reverse Direction
, if necessary, so the preview is extruded
inside the sketch as shown.
