enter the lower bound for the feature value.
Click Upper

and enter the upper bound for the feature
value.
Double-click an analysis library feature in the Library Values folder.
The Edit Bounds PropertyManager for the analysis library feature appears.
Click
Lower Bound and
enter the lower bound for the feature value.
Click Upper
Bound and enter the upper bound for the feature
value.
You can also edit the initial feature value
in the Initial Value box 
.
