Setting Component Properties

The mixture-component material node exists as a child node of the mixture components node.

It contains a subnode that functions the same as the material properties of a single-component material.

Mixture Component Properties

Database material

The name of the material (read-only).

Index

The sequential number of the component's selection. The index numbering begins at zero, so the third component that you add, for example, would have an index number of 3. However, if another component with a lower index number is deleted from the mixture, this number decreases accordingly by 1.

Mixture Component Pop-Up Menu

Replace with

Opens a submenu of materials in the material database from which you can replace the selected component.
