Surface >> Tool >> Create Layer Node

• Surface >> Tool >> Create Layer Node command creates a new layer including the selected surfaces in the Layer window.

Step   

Execute Surface >> Tool >> Create Layer Node command as follows:

1. Select Surface >> Tool >> Create Layer Node from the menu or click the corresponding icon from the Surface2 toolbar.

2. Select surfaces by mouse dragging.

3. Click OK on the right mouse popup menu.

Result

• A new layer named "New Surface Node" is registered at the bottom of the layer tree and the selected surfaces are moved to the new layer.
