Build >> Combine Shells
Build >> Combine Shells command simply merges shells into one shell.
Build >> Combine Shells can be applied to more than two shells at a time.
During the combining process, overlapped regions on shells remains as they are.
Step
- Execute Build >> Combine Shells command as follows:
- 1. Select Build >> Combine Shells from the menu or click the corresponding icon from the Build toolbar.
- 2. Select more than two shells to be merged simultaneously. ( See Shell selection ) The color of the selected shell's bounding box changes to blue.
- 3. If a user clicks the right mouse button while executing this command, the following pop-up menu appears.
- Select Pause to temporarily stop the current command and change to input ready state. Then, a user can use virtual trackball. A check mark appears in the front of Pause command in this state. Select Pause once more to resume the stopped command.
- 4. When a user selects more than two shells, Done on the right mouse shortcut menu is enabled. Select it to complete this operation.
- 5. If All on the pop-up menu is selected, all the shells shown in the working window are combined.

Note
This operation is same as applying Edit >> Paste command after performing Edit >> Copy command for multiple shells.

If user select OK, texture will be removed after execution, If Cancel, execution will be canceled.
