6.2. DOE Import/Export of Data

Both DOE Table and Design Space Table can be exported in different formats to simplify the exchange of data between modeFRONTIER^TM and external applications. The design database can be imported in two different formats:

ASCII file.
Binary file.

The design database can be exported in three formats:

ASCII file.
Binary file.
Excel File Format *.xls

Note:

The data exchange between modeFRONTIER^TM and standard spreadsheet applications (e.g.Microsoft^TM Excel^TM and SUN^TM StarOffice^TM) can be achieved with standard cut (ctrl-X), copy (ctrl-C) and paste (ctrl-V) actions using the system clipboard.
