From the Create Palette

To access the Pictures Editor from the Create Palette:

1. Make sure the Create palette is visible. If it's not, click the Create button at the top of the Bryce window.
   
   
2. Click on the Pict Object tool (Leo object). The Pictures Editor will come up.
