Edge Softness

The Edge Softness attribute lets you set the sharpness/softness of the edges of the spot projected by a light.

The default setting for Edge Softness is 0 with the slider having a range from 0 to 100.

To adjust a light's edge softness in the Light Lab, drag the Edge Softness control. Drag left to sharpen the edges and right to soften the edges, or enter an amount in the numeric field..

Please note that for radial lights, the Edge Softness control is disabled.

Examples:

• Intensity = 25; Edge Softness = 0
