Capture Picture

Form:  Open File for Saving Picture

Use the File menu > Capture Picture command to create a .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .png, or .tif file format of any of the following:

• Entire Screen

• SAP2000 Main Window

• Current Window w/ Titlebar

• Current Window w/o Titlebar

• User Region in Current Window

1. Display the desired 2D or 3D View in the active window.

2. Click the File menu > Capture Picture > {Option} command.

3. When the Open File for saving picture form appears, enter a name in the Filename edit box and, if necessary, change the path using the Save In drop-down list.

4. Locate the desired file format in the Save as Type drop-down list (e.g., .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .png, or .tif); highlight the desired format to select.

Note: When using the User Region in Current Window command, after Step 4, drag the mouse across the image to select the region of the model that you want to capture. Then click the OK button in the pop-up box.

Also, when enhanced graphics are disabled, the picture can only be saved as a .bmp file.
