3D Step: Create tool motions with a constant step over between passes.

Stock Spiral - 3D: Milling performed on only one side of the cutter when used on an open area. (Rough surface pocketing).

Parallel Cut - 3D: Milling in which cutter passes are parallel when viewed from the Z direction. (Rough surface pocketing).

Spiral Cut - 3D: Milling performed in spiral motions. (Rough surface pocketing).

By Layers: Milling performed in vertical layers. (Finish waterline cutting).

Horizontal Area: Machine only those areas that are nearly horizontal, up to a user-defined angle.

Pocket Milling: Finish machining of enclosed regions by following the shape of part surfaces.

Finish Radial Cut: Milling performed in radial motions. (Rough surface pocketing).
