In ZCut milling, volume material is removed from enclosed regions defined by a boundary contour and islands. The milling follows the surfaces. In ZCut Parallel, milling is performed by cutter passes that are parallel when viewed from the Z direction. (Milling follows surfaces rather than cutting in Z layers.) |
