Save as Mechanism Assembly: Save an assembly as a Mechanism Assembly. This creates a Mechanism Assembly from a normal assembly.
Save as Template: Cimatron E documents can be saved as templates in order to store user-defined parameters such as measurement units, sets, last used parameters, color settings, etc. These templates can then be opened later to save time and effort redefining personalized parameters.
Save All: Save all the part documents open in the current session.
Cimatron E Explorer: Display the Cimatron E Explorer.

CAD: Switch to the Part environment, in order to modify or add geometry.
CAM: Return to the NC environment.
Import: Perform various import operations.
Export: Perform various export operations.
Pack: Compress Cimatron E documents to the CTF format. Dependent documents, as well as catalog parts can be added to the compressed file.
Unpack: Extract Cimatron E documents from a packed CTF file.
Get From Catalog: Retrieve an item from the Catalog using the Cimatron E Explorer.
Plot: Send the document to a plotter.
Print Preview: Preview the printout - view how the printed document will look, before it is printed.
Print: Print the document.
Properties: Display the document properties in the Cimatron E Explorer.
Exit: Close the document and exit Cimatron E.
Undo/Redo: Using the Undo / Redo mechanism, you can go backward and forward in your part creation process.
Select: Implement or clear the Selection Filter for selecting geometry.
Selection Mode: Entity selection depends on how you drag the selection box. Additional options enable you to select all entities within the box, unselect all entities within the box or which select only visible faces.
Filter: Choose the type of entity that can be picked.
Remove Geometry: Remove geometric entities of different types.
Update: Update changes made in the parent document to be reflected in the child documents.
Render & Transparency: Define the local display method (local render mode on specific faces or objects).
Hide-Show: See Hiding and Showing Entities.
Change Comment: Change the comment that appears as a tool tip for the selected procedure or toolpath.
Change Cutter: Change the cutter used for the selected procedure.
Update Criteria:
Clear Relations: Reset all parameter relations to their defaults.
Procedure/TP: Perform the following procedure or toolpath options:
Cut Procedure/TP: Cut a procedure or toolpath.
Copy Procedure/TP: Copy a procedure or toolpath.
Paste Procedure/TP: Paste a procedure or toolpath.
Delete Procedure/TP: Delete a procedure or toolpath.
Edit Toolpath Parameters: Modify the parameters of an existing toolpath.
Edit Procedure Parameters: Modify parameters, geometry, or optimization conditions of an existing procedure.
Preferred Values & Look: Load the default parameter values, the default "look", or save user-defined defaults.
Delete Motions: Suspend a previously executed procedure.
Delete Leading Rapid Motion: Removes a Rapid / Max. Feed motion from the beginning of a procedure.
Delete Trailing Rapid Motion: Removes a Rapid / Max. Feed motion from the end of the procedure.
Divide Procedure by Cutter: If more than one cutter is used for a procedure, as a result of Holder Gouge Checking, divide the procedure into separate procedures, each of which uses one cutter.
Select All Procedures/TP's: Select all items in the Process Manager.
This menu contains View manipulation options.
Plane: Create a datum plane.
Access Curve (wireframe) functions for creating part geometry.
Access Face functions for creating part geometry
Load Model: Load a part for NC machining.
NC Setup: Define MACSYS coordinate systems, according to a UCS.
Create Mill & Drill Cutters: Define the cutters to be used in the milling and/or drilling procedures.
Create Toolpath: A toolpath is a sequence of one or more machining procedures, performed in a given set of milling axes.
Create Part: A Part procedure is used to represent the end-result state. The Part is used to compare actual milling results with desired results in the Verifier.
Create Stock: A Stock procedure is used to represent the raw material from which the part is milled. The Stock is used for optimizing cutter motions, and is used in the Simulator and Verifier.
Create Procedure: A Procedure is a set of cutter movements defined by a milling technology and geometric boundaries. One or more procedures will comprise a toolpath.
Procedure: Perform the following procedure options:
Save & Close
Save & Calculate
Save Original
Cancel
Execute Procedure / Toolpath: Calculate cutter motions for procedures and/or toolpaths.
Simulation: Perform the following simulation options:
Wireframe Simulator: View cutter motions individually, by blocks, or by layers.
Simulator and Verifier: Provides access to the Simulator and Verifier.
Post Process: Calculate G-codes for executed toolpaths / procedures.
NC-Setup Report: Create a document that provides various information about the NC document currently active. This information includes details about the project and provider, as well as toolpaths, procedures, and parameters.
Save Procedure Image: Save a JPG file of the graphic area in a specific location with a name that is based on the toolpath or procedure short name.
QuickDrill: Access the QuickDrill application.
Motions Editor: Manually edit cutter motions.
TP List: Create an ASCII file detailing all procedures in the selected toolpath.
