Add an ejector from your catalog to your mold.
General Interaction
The general interaction is similar to that for adding mold parts. The only difference is the dialog displayed during the required step 1.

Select an ejector.
The Add Ejector dialog is displayed:

Browse to the required catalog location.
The Ejector sub-category is automatically displayed. Select the appropriate sub-category of the component.
The items in the sub-category group are displayed. Select the component item.
If the Use Rule check box is checked on:
The minimum and maximum ejector lengths are then calculated.
Press the Show Data button
to display the Catalog
parameters for the selected component item.
An appropriate catalog item is selected according to the length calculation, from the part table. The L dimension will be the closest rounded up dimension that fits the maximum length. The D dimension will be the minimal size that fits the L. (D is the first leading dimension and L is the second leading dimension).
If the Use Rule check box is not checked on:
The minimum and maximum ejector lengths calculations are not performed.
Press the Show Data button
to display the Catalog
parameters for the selected component item.
A catalog item is not automatically selected. Choose the appropriate Catalog item.
Press the Calculate Length button to display the recommended minimum and maximum ejector lengths and show a graphic representation of these lengths.
Press OK
to position the mold
part (Required Step 2)
or press the Cancel button
to exit.
The remaining interaction is identical to that for adding mold parts.
