This tool allows you to define the parameters for displaying/hiding hidden lines in a view. The parameters can be defined in the Tools / Preferences / Drafting / View / Simple View dialog.
To regenerate views, select Tools / Update HDL from the Main Menu and define the parameters.
There are three display options as illustrated in the following example:
Disabled: Create the view without hidden attributes.
Fast HDL: Create a fast but less accurate view with hidden segments based on the triangulation of the model. The result is not high quality and silhouette lines are not displayed.
Note: When HDL is activated, silhouette lines are not displayed.
Precise HDL: Create a precise, high-quality view (default).
