During machining the tool axis is aligned to a tilt curve. This curve has to be in you geometry except when you use the automatic curve option, which is one of these curve tilt types:
Angle from spindle, main direction
From start to end for each contour
Click on Tilt curve and pick the curve from your geometry.
Select Curve tilt type for the tilt curve method.
