In the House Design Tutorial we added a deck to the backside of the house, on both the first and second floor. Now we'll create two decks off the front of the house and connect them with an exterior staircase. You may want to save this tutorial using a new name (Save As ) to archive your previous work.

If you have been following along since the first tutorial (see "House Design Tutorial"), you have reconstructed a sample plan that can be found in the Samples folder called "Oceanside."
