Gutters can be added to roof planes. They are generated whenever Build Fascia, Gutters, Frieze is checked in the Build Roof dialog.
You can select the profile used for gutters on the Gutter tab of the Build Roof dialog. See "Gutter Tab". Open polylines should be used for gutter profiles. The start of the profile should be where the gutter connects to the roof.
The material used for gutters can be set on the Material tab of the Build Roof dialog. See "Materials Tab".
Gutters go on the "Roofs, Gutters" layer that is locked and not visible in plan view by default. See "Layer Display Options Dialog".
