Check Automatically Start Timer on File Open to begin logging time whenever a file is opened. If this is not checked you must click the Start Time Logging 
button to begin logging.
Check Stop timer if idle for __ minutes, and enter the number of minutes to stop logging time when a plan has been idle.
Check Display Idle Timeout Dialog to warn when a plan is considered idle.
You can enter or change the Default User Name.
