Description This command is used to create a new text document.

Use After launching the command, a new text document (Doc1.Txt) will be created and opened as the active document in the main design window.

Notes If the command is used when one or more projects are already open, the new text document will be added to the Text Files sub-folder of the focused project in the Projects panel. Focus a project in the Projects panel either by selecting it from the drop-down list at the top of the panel, or by clicking on its entry (or any of its sub-folder or document entries) in the panel.

If no projects are currently open, the new text document will be opened as a free document and will appear in the Text Files sub-folder in the Projects panel.
