Description This command is used to create a new schematic library document.

Use After launching the command, a new schematic library document (Schlib1.SchLib) will be created and opened as the active document in the main design window. The document contains a default component, Component_1, added to the Components list of the SCH Library panel and opened ready for editing.

Notes If the command is used when one or more projects are already open, the new schematic library document will be added to the Schematic Libraries sub-folder of the focused project in the Projects panel. Focus a project in the Projects panel either by selecting it from the drop-down list at the top of the panel, or by clicking on its entry (or any of its sub-folder or document entries) in the panel.

If no projects are currently open, the new schematic library document will be opened as a free document and will appear in the Schematic Libraries sub-folder in the Projects panel.
