(Menu) : Edit » Select » Connection

Description This command is used to select all contiguously connected wires that connect from a particular component pin. The selection will include any junctions, ports and net labels, but not the actual component pins.

Use After launching the command, the cursor will change to a crosshair. Simply click on a wire, junction, port or net label and all contiguous wire between component pins will become selected, including any junctions, ports and net labels.

Continue selecting by connection or right-click or press ESC to exit connection selection mode.

Notes The selected objects will be highlighted in the selection color defined in the Selections field in the Graphical Editing tab of the Preferences dialog.

Selection using this command is cumulative: selected objects remain selected until you manually deselect them. Selecting additional objects (while this command is active) DOES NOT deselect any objects currently selected.
