Description This command is used to reposition an object at the front of all other objects in the drawing stack, in the current document. The Schematic Editor/Schematic Library Editor automatically stacks objects, text and graphics in layers. Each object is on a different layer depending on the creation order and therefore it is possible to place objects so that they overlap. The objects created or added recently are always on the top layer.

Use After launching the command, the cursor will change to a crosshair and you will be prompted to choose an object to move. Simply position the cursor over the object that you want to move and click or press ENTER. The object will appear floating on the cursor.

Reposition the object as required and click or press ENTER to complete placement. The object will be at the top of the stack, in front of all other overlapping objects.

Continue moving further objects or right-click or press ESC to exit movement mode.

Press the TAB key during movement to edit the object's properties.

Press the SPACEBAR while in movement mode to rotate the object. Rotation is anti-clockwise and in steps of 90°.

Press the X or Y keys while in movement mode to flip the object along the X-axis or Y-axis respectively.

Notes It is possible that an object you wish to move to the front is totally eclipsed by another object and can not be selected when using this command. In this case, select the object and move it so that it is just viewable amongst the stack of overlapping objects, before launching the command.
