When you select the Rotate tool from the right-click menu or Edit > Modify Elements menu, then select a base point for the rotation, the Commander displays a Rotation Angle edit box.
To specify the desired angle of rotation for the element, type the angle in the Rotation Angle edit box and press ENTER. For information on how angles are measured, see Direction and Angle of Rotation.
