You can use the Flip Opening tool to flip an entire door around. If the door originally opened out, it now opens in; if it was hinged on the left, it is now hinged on the right (and vice versa).
To flip a door:
Click the door to select it.
Right-click in the drawing area and select Flip Opening, or select Edit > Modify Elements > Flip Opening.
