Editing the Resolution of an Animation Output File

By default, animations are recorded at a size of 640 x 480 pixels. You can select a different pre-defined size, or specify a custom size.

To edit the size of an animation output file:

1. Select Tools > Animation > Animation Properties, or click the Animation Properties button on the Animation toolbar. This button is also available in the Preview Animation and Export Animation to File windows.

2. In the Animation Properties dialog, select the Output File tab.

3. Select the desired size from the Size drop box. Pre-defined sizes include 640 x 480, 800 x 600, and 1024 x 768. Selecting the Custom option lets you define a custom size by entering values in the Width and Height edit boxes.

4. Click OK.
